5. Inspection Services

Clients are responsible for:

BIANO is not responsible for manufacturing defects outside the approved inspection scope.
6. Warehousing & Storage

Unclaimed cargo may incur additional storage charges.
7. Customs & Import Responsibility
Clients are fully responsible for:
Import duties and taxes
Product compliance

Customs clearance requirements in the destination country
BIANO does not guarantee customs clearance approval.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BIANO Trading shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages

Supplier-related issues outside approved services
